Contact Us Got a stain that refuses to come out? Not sure what is crawling around your kitchen? Found something strange in the bathroom and have no idea what you are looking at? We are Andrea and Mike Dickinson, and we are always interested in hearing about the household problems readers are dealing with. Questions and Suggestions If you have a question about something we have written, spotted an error, or think a topic deserves its own article, feel free to get in touch. Andrea handles most questions related to stains, laundry, cleaning, odors, and everyday household hygiene. Mike is the better person for questions about pests, infestations, entry points, prevention, and pest-control methods. We cannot promise that every question will turn into an article, but reader questions often help us see which problems need clearer explanations. Found Something Incorrect? Please tell us. Cleaning advice, pest-control recommendations, product instructions, and safety information can change. We also know that no website gets everything right forever. If you notice information that appears outdated, inaccurate, unclear, or potentially unsafe, let us know which page you found it on and what you think needs checking. We would rather correct a problem than leave bad advice sitting online. Get in Touch Use the contact form below or send us an email at: [email protected] If you are asking about an article, including the page title or link makes it much easier for us to know exactly what you are referring to. We read the messages we receive, even when the subject line starts with something like: **“Please tell me what this bug is.”** Mike gets quite a few of those. We also encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information on this site. By using LearnHowToGetRid.com you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which explain the basic rules for using our website and content.
